woke up today by 5 alarms !!
before i eventually get my *** up ..
went straight to the shower..
and got ready to head to the gym..

spend about an hour in the gym..
was toooo tired to continue..
dont know why...

had sushi for my lunch..
while watching some chinese kungfu movie

spend the rest of the day just resting at home..
arms were so sore..as well as my thighs..

it went to a point where i could not exert any force
when i wanted to wash my hair... =S

it rained the whole day...
well almost the whole day..
couldnt even go out for dinner..
so we had Dominoes delivered !
Yuuuummmm~

and now..
